Getting comfortable with a rollator

Hi! I have a doctor's appointment to hopefully be "prescribed" my first rollator since I read that it can be covered by my insurance (I'm on Medicaid, so it should be fully covered). I live in Seattle near Capitol Hill, where the sidewalks I personally feel can get aggressively uneven. Any advice on how to work around that? Is it possible to customize my rollator to be all-terrain? I'm also on the short side (5'1"), so would I need to worry about handle height?

Canned Corn Beef

Growing up, my dad used to cook canned corn beef with lime juice, sugar, msg, and cilantro before serving it with rice. I was wondering if people have other methods of preparing it, preferably so I can eat it with rice but I'm open to other carbs :p

Bag I found with leather parts

I work in a theater, and the head technician lets me take whatever I want in lost and found. I picked this bag, and sorry if this is a silly ask, but the zipper and faux clasps seem to be leather or a fake leather. Is it okay to toss in the wash on delicate? I usually wash everything I thrift on hot, delicate, and heavily soiled (college dorm washer), but I'm not sure if it's safe in this case
