Hi everyone I recently bought local raw honey from brooksville Florida. It was foraged from cabbage palm, mangrove and Brazilian pepper. I wanted to gift it to someone but it has a bitter taste to it and a thin line of white bubbles on top. I’ve never had raw honey before so I don’t know if this is normal or has the honey gone bad? Can someone help?

Has anyone tried the summer honey from brainfood honey? If so how did you like it? I’ve never bought raw honey before and it had a bitter taste but google tells me that that is normal for raw honey. I wanted to give it as a gift to someone so I’m not sure if it’s gone bad or is it normal.
