Hi, I've gotten a place for the Sunday London marathon. I was until recently just finished a 10k plan and had started a half marathon plan before I got injured. I started a 5km improvement plan last week for 6 weeks. It finishes 6th September but I'd like it to finish sooner but can't move the final race. Anyway I've entered a half marathon on the 14th March as well. So for 7/8 weeks between my 5km improvement plan and the start of my marathon plan what should I do? If I do another 10k plan can it include longer runs if I'm not longer a beginner or should I start a half marathon plan? I don't want to do it over 7 weeks though so unlikely to finish it. 7 weeks might ramp up distance to quickly.
Thanks everyone
Hi, I got this olive tree today and I've put it into a new pot. There's a bit of space beside it for something smaller. What would you recommend. I'm aiming to improve my garden week by week now so this is the first start. I'll get a hanging basket for above it.
Won them but can't be bothered going. I can transfer them on Ticketmaster.
NOW GONE.
I did approximately 5 weeks of the NTR plan before switching to the 10km plan. I'm now on week 7 of 8 as I have a race next Sunday. My expected pace is 58m-1hr1m. This morning I had an easy 5km run so decided to push it and try and match my expected pace and get a 5km under 30mins. I failed and was a 31:26. Maybe I had an off morning who knows. I've always pushed myself on my tempo runs and my normal long runs I hoover around 6:47km/min and I find that pace easy. Not even sure what I'm asking. I had a 9km on Monday so maybe I'm still recovering from that. I'm not worried about being unable to do the distance but I'd love to do it in under 1hr. Cheers
