Meiji Jingu Forest is a man-made forest located in Shibuya, also known as Sacred Forest (chinju no mori) or Eternal Forest (eien no mori). Various species of ferns can be found along its paths.
Edit: The fern shown in the photo is most likely Polystichum polyblepharum.
