am i too slow?
i need help figuring out if i take too long. i am very detail oriented when it comes to cleaning but idk if im hyperfixating and taking too long. so idk how many square feet the house is. but im supposed to -wipe off kitchen table and bench, -clean stove which is a gas range with 8 burners, usually has some pretty crusty stuff on it, and scrub rinse and dry the 4 grates that go on it, -clean 2 full bathrooms which have double vanities with toiletries and stuff on the whole back part of the counter, large mirrors, one average shower and one large/double head shower, vacuum or sweep baseboards and edge 1.5 inch of floor where mopvac doesnt reach, -use a mopvac on all floors, -the house has a large living room with a rug that i dont clean every time, -3 moderate sized bedrooms but i usually just do 2 bedroom floors, -i dust every once in a while, -windows every once in a while, -wipe front of fridge and stove every other time. anyway, it usually takes me 7-8 hours to clean. do i take too long or does that sound about right? i do have my 3.5 yr old with me sometimes but it really doesnt effect how long i take ive noticed. today took me 7 hrs i did all floors except one bedroom. both bathrooms, really crusty stove, living room rug. i vacuumed most of the floors before vac mop bc it gets clogged bad bc they have one indoor dog and some outside dogs (its a farm). i also had both my kids with me for the first half and the time always includes me eating lunch and having brief breaks to drink water, have a snack or check my phone etc.
