just opened this and im soooo excited. i couldnt wait to share it with someone. i get to gift this bag to my sister at her birthday party this week✨ 100 bag in indigo. she has been wanting this style and this pattern for a while and i found them in one! its a bit worn but she prefers her veras used and soft, she never chooses her new stiff bags she has. its a bad photo but i couldnt wait i literally just pulled it out of the packaging lol

labor day array

theres a botanica hobo, u can barely tell in the pic. the small bags have me in a chokehold, thats how i started collecting years ago🥰 i only recently started collecting purses. my purse WILL be filled with trash and receipts and my kids toys in a week or two but with all the little bags i can at least find my shit😂 have been loving the old fl*p phone clip cases as a key holder for my car key ring!

bleeding

can bleeding be removed on a freshly washed bag? i swear i saw a post recently where a bag bled in the wash and then they used cold water and color catcher sheets to remove it but i cant find it now. was hooing to find iut if any other products or detergents were used besides the color catchers. if anyone has experience to share on successfully removing dye spots that would be much appreciated! i have searched the sub, but not seen success stories

vera lot

so i bought a vera lot on fb market, it was a destash from a collector. the description was “approximately 30 bags” and the photo was a pile of purses and totes and some wallets/cosmetic bags. when i asked the seller the condition she said majority very good. yall…..there were 56 bags and wallets in the lot. for $100. im so excited😭 i had my mom pick it up for me and ill be able to see them in all their glory tomorrow. so all i can do for now is talk about how excited i am. only 3-4 are pretty worn (handles mostly) and 95% are early-mid 2000s and a bunch of patterns ive been wanting to add to my collection. feeling so grateful and blessed i know everyone here can appreciate this score😭❤️

am i too slow?

i need help figuring out if i take too long. i am very detail oriented when it comes to cleaning but idk if im hyperfixating and taking too long. so idk how many square feet the house is. but im supposed to -wipe off kitchen table and bench, -clean stove which is a gas range with 8 burners, usually has some pretty crusty stuff on it, and scrub rinse and dry the 4 grates that go on it, -clean 2 full bathrooms which have double vanities with toiletries and stuff on the whole back part of the counter, large mirrors, one average shower and one large/double head shower, vacuum or sweep baseboards and edge 1.5 inch of floor where mopvac doesnt reach, -use a mopvac on all floors, -the house has a large living room with a rug that i dont clean every time, -3 moderate sized bedrooms but i usually just do 2 bedroom floors, -i dust every once in a while, -windows every once in a while, -wipe front of fridge and stove every other time. anyway, it usually takes me 7-8 hours to clean. do i take too long or does that sound about right? i do have my 3.5 yr old with me sometimes but it really doesnt effect how long i take ive noticed. today took me 7 hrs i did all floors except one bedroom. both bathrooms, really crusty stove, living room rug. i vacuumed most of the floors before vac mop bc it gets clogged bad bc they have one indoor dog and some outside dogs (its a farm). i also had both my kids with me for the first half and the time always includes me eating lunch and having brief breaks to drink water, have a snack or check my phone etc.

i just found this sub and i know ive been needing to clean out my purse bc i can barely zip it lol so i did it. i dumped it onto my blanket so sorry its not a great background. purse is lauren ralph lauren starting from left of purse, down and around kinda: -OTC meds, homeopathy and unidentified supplement capsule -grooming and beauty tools -travel perfume -silver travel spray is hypochlorous acid spray for my face and i also use like handsanitizer/on psoriasis on my hands but its been empty for a few weeks lol -tissues -tampons -lip balms, liners, glosses -wallet -lighter -mints -on the mints is a leaf or petal i saved for some reason or it fell into my purse, idk -ginger chew -coins -gum wrappers -loose tic tacs -stone star -2 legos -plastic dolphin -2 acrylic gems -key ring -hair ties -eraser -ricola -knife -loose 1s -reciepts and a paper silverware wrap -my set of keys -spare car key

i wanna know what yall think this says about me!!!! im just happy seeing whats in everyones bags made me want to clean mine out. during my last period, pads were literally falling out when id pull my wallet out to pay for something :) oh and i couldnt zip if my phone was in it. also would like to hear what yall think i kept in it after the clean out
