Replace counters or no? Bonus: paint colors

I currently have what I believe to be 15 year old Verde Butterfly granite countertops (my particular slab reads more black than green u til you stare up close), which as far as I can tell are in good shape. We also have painted cabinets with boxes in great shape but doors that have seen much better days and in a style I hate. The plan is to do a refresh with new doors painted in a fresher color (something white adjacent — maybe drift of mist?) and I was originally wanting to replace the counters with a light quartz but I’m having second thoughts.

I don’t love the dark granite (it’s so hard to keep looking clean and it’s not totally my taste and we have light-ish wood floors) but it feels like a waste of (a lot of) money to replace them. I’m thinking with the right cabinet color they’ll look ok? It also seems like this granite was extremely trendy 15 years ago and I worry it will look super dated (yes I know granite is millions of years old and therefore “timeless”)

Any thoughts on if it’s worth replacing them and/or a good cabinet color to compliment?

Anyone “stalled” near their goal and decided to call it?

My original goal was to hit 135-140, which is right at the top of “healthy” BMI for my height. But once I hit ~145 (personal low and officially -100 exactly!) I stalled out. It’s been 3 months and I know I could increase dose (I’m on 10) or make an effort to cut calories a little more, but I’m feeling really good in my body (and wearing a women’s 8/medium in most things, which suits my frame imo), having no side effects, and having enough appetite to eat what I enjoy in amounts that are satisfying while maintaining my weight. And I don’t know that it’s worth titrating up only to titrate back down potentially in a few months.

Has anyone else had this experience? It feels a little bit like “giving up” but I also know our goals are a little bit arbitrary.
