Sunday special. Lasagne never fails!

I’m quite the lasagne addict. Have been craving a spinach and ricotta one for quite a while and gave it a go today.

Filling: spinach, broccoli, butter bean and ricotta.

Probably my own worst critic but I’m giving it a 6.5/10.
It feels like there’s something missing. I did add a layer of Heinz tomato and roasted garlic sauce to break up the creaminess at the last minute.

Any tips on how I can get this perfect?
