Is Greenbelt worth it?
I'd like a place with at least some young folks, but I'm mostly going to commute. Heard that it's kind of aging, but I like the concept of how the town works & I'm looking for a suburb that's not total concrete hell and in a sitch where DC is somewhat accessible for work & socializing. Also somewhere relatively trans-accepting. Anything else is a plus.
I'm from a rural area (Carroll County), so sleepy burbs are still buzzing compared to my life, but I'd like some minor liveliness.
