In this 11U baseball game, runner was initiated called out at home. But after appeal, 3B was ruled obstruction. As such runner was ruled safe at home. Do you agree with the ruling and if so where 3B should place himself? I think he should stand outside of the bag and leave the side facing 2B as running lane, right?
