This ashtray have been in the secondhand store for months, before I learned about Neodymium glass. When I then went back to buy it, I could not find it, and thought it was sold. Didn’t think more about it, until today when I suddenly found it in the same store! And for only $2.33❤️

The last two photos is from a snap I sent my friend about finally finding it, and I saw in that snap how it also changed color from driving in the sun vs shadow 🥳

I picked up this today, and it’s confusing me. What could be in the glass?

It change color depending on light source. In daylight(no sun, just heavy rain clouds) it’s like a pink-ish peach color, and in my bathroom it’s purple(also looked purple in the store)

Under 395nm uv it’s a little orange, and under 365 it’s like a really dull light peach. Haven’t been able to check it in better natural light yet since it’s heavily raining today 😅

Today’s find, a beautiful big Viartec bowl, made with cadmium. Only $7🥰

Received this beauty today, and I’m trying to figure out when it’s from and who made it.

It appears to have had some gold rims around in 2-3 places. And no it’s not uranium in the glass :)
