Does this look like mold forming on wood in basement above ceiling tile?

Ceiling tile had large wet brown spot which might be from HVAC condensation but then noticed this damp wood while looking up there. Any concern?

Is my pool water safe?

New pool owner and water is crystal clear and blue no strong chlorine smell but trying to understand if safe to be swimming in. Pool company says yes. Any advice?
