Anybody have laptop recommendations for mechanical engineering at davis?

Prefer if it was
-max $1500 (lower would be better tho)
-fans aren’t super loud? i don’t want to bother anyone im working around with the fan being too noisy
-14-15” display
-windows 11
-if it could run some games on Steam like stardew that would be great too but i’m assuming it doesn’t take much to run that game anyways
