Tick spray companies
We are moving to Natick in September and we have a 19 month old. We are going to spray for ticks. Does anyone have a recommendation for a company that they really like?

Advice to add some color?
Moving into a new home and they have a fairly new kitchen which I love but it is all white. I feel like it’s missing something. Any suggestions on how to warm it up a bit (without a total overhauls major project which my budget and husband would not allow for following a big move)? I was considering lights and maybe switching out the brushed nickel pulls. Perhaps different stools.

Hamlet Estates Area or Eisenmenger Trail?
I am moving to Natick w/ my family in a few weeks and I am interested in knowing more about the make up of our neighborhood/area. It’s apparently under an HOA called Hamlet Estates. Anything anyone can share is of interest. We have a son who is 19 months and likely another on the way so I am also wondering if there are other little kids in the neighborhood. Or
Is anyone familiar with this neighborhood off Union (streets are Acorn, Nokomis, Moccasin Path, Chieftan lane area)
