Stay away! Scammers‼️
I have a Filmora Pro subscription that is valid until December 2026. When I purchased it, it included certain effects, templates, and assets that I used regularly. Recently, I discovered that some of this content has been moved to the Premium plan, and I would now need to pay an additional fee to continue accessing it.
Personally, I find this unacceptable, unfair, dishonest and unethical to say the very least. I purchased the subscription based on the features and content that were included at the time, and I believe those resources should remain available for the entire duration of the subscription I already paid for.
I contacted Wondershare support, and they confirmed that some effects and templates were transferred from the Pro plan to the Premium plan. However, I did not receive a clear explanation as to why content that was previously included has been removed during the active period of my subscription.
