EEPROM outputting AC instead of A9

I’m still working on the part where you program the computer to flash AA 55 on the 6522. I’ve replaced all the address and data lines connecting the chips with actual solid wires and am only using the jumpers for the nand gate and connecting to LEDs. The problem is that when the eeprom should put A9 onto the data lines, it puts AC. I’m using an Xgecu pro eeprom programmer and Xgpro to program it. I’ve checked all the data lines and address lines to make sure they connect correctly and didn’t see any problems

Where does this pic of buff Winnie the Pooh in Life Is Strange come from?

I reverse image searched and it came up with lots of “no swearing on my Christian Minecraft server” memes but I couldn’t find anything that seemed like the origin

Update to last question

So I’ve been working on the 6502 kit and this is an update to my last question because i needed to get more info for people to be able to help me. So the program that blinks 55 and then AA from the second video is sort of working and sort of not. As you can see sometimes if the LEDs choose not to change. I’m pretty sure for a few cycles it worked but then they went back to not changing sometimes. I’m working on a wooden desk and the tape on the bottom of the bread boards is intact, so I don’t know if it could be static or anything like that. I’ve double checked that each connection is correct and rebuilt it again to make sure, so I’m not sure what else could be wrong. Also the way I solved the last problem was that now when I turn on the computer I first hold the reset button for a bit. Thanks

Trying to program the 6502

I’ve been working on the 6502 kit and have gotten to the point where he shows you how to make the program that makes the LEDs attached to the B register blink 55 and AA. I followed everything as well as I could and even refollowed everything but the B register never lit up. I looked at the address lines during the code running and they matched what the video showed, but the data lines didn’t. So I assumed it was my code. I looked at my code and didn’t see anything by wrong, so I’m hoping someone here can help find something wrong. I’ll show screen shots of the hex file and also the bytes 7FFC and 7FFD. Every part of the file not shown is programmed to EA

Trying to Mod Lego Batman 1

I'm trying to learn how to mod Lego Batman 1. I extracted all the dat file stuff and have successfully been able to change sound effects. The place where I'm having trouble is with the text files for each character. I tried opening the clayface.txt file and adding hero to make him appear in the Batcave, and tried making the running speed in batgirl.txt faster, but none of those things work. I'm new to this so sorry if I'm not noticing something that might be obvious to some, or if there is some other glaring issue with what I'm doing

Trying to mod Lego Batman 1

I'm trying to learn how to mod Lego Batman 1. I extracted the files from GAME.DAT, and have changed one of the sound effects. I renamed the sound to match the original and even have the bit depth and sample rate the same. I am trying to find out how to pack the files back into a dat file, but can't find any info on how, and I get errors when I try with quickbms. I'm new to this so I'm sorry if I seem to not know much, or if there is some other glaring thing I'm doing wrong
