Heart rate spike?

For years and years (even when I weighed 70-80 lbs more than I do now), my resting heart rate was comfortably in the low-to-mid 60s. Starting GLP-1s 9 months ago didn't even affect it either way. But about a week ago, my resting heart rate jumped from the mid-60s to the mid-70s, and it hasn't gone down. I'm a healthy weight, in the best shape of my life, get 15,000-30,000 steps a day, and average 7 hours of sleep. The only change is that Fitbit is now Google Health. Has anyone else had this issue?

Can't cancel Brello?

First, I went to Brello to pause my active subscription and found that there is no longer an option to do that. And, when I attempted to cancel, clicking or tapping on the "Cancel Subscription" button did absolutely nothing no matter how much I tried on three different browsers. Their AI bot ignores all my messages. Anyone else have this problem?

NSV: Austin heat doesn't really bother me anymore

I spent 30 years of my life obese. Every summer (first in New Orleans, then in Austin) I'd tell myself I was going to lose weight and get below 200 lb because the heat and humidity made me incredibly miserable for four-plus months out of the year. Now, after losing 70 lb, I can't exactly say I like the summer heat, but for the most part, it doesn't bother me nearly as much as it did from 1995 to 2025. I wonder if this is the case for anyone else.

EDIT: I should add that, even when I was 250+ lb, I was getting 20,000-30,000 steps daily, so it may be that all my walking is just a lot easier in the heat now that I'm 182 instead.
