Treadmill

Male 6'2 336 pounds in January down to 294 now. I dont know what i expected but ive been actively using the treadmill since January atleast 4 times a week. Generally incline walking 7-9 incline 2.5-3.0 speed im happy with the weight loss dont get me wrong but the treadmill is still very hard for me I cant jog. Not really even a little bit. Just doesn't seem like im progressing like I thought I would. No matter what im still going and still doing it just thought it would be getting easier by now

6,2 300 pounds. Was 336 in january but have been consistent in the gym and dieting.

Bad days sure but better than ive ever done. I have adopted a new workout lately to speed up my time spent in the gym.

Treadmill first because I hate it and wont do it after.

9-10 incline for half mile at 2.5-2.9 speed then 5 incline after that for the rest generally 2 miles.

(Trying to build endurance i struggle with even that).

Then to the weights, for weeks it was "push" Monday "pull" Wednesday and then legs Friday but I just never felt good doing it I aim for and enjoy more of a "crossfit" workout

This week ive been doing 30 kettlebell squats with a 25lb bell 3 sets of 12

15 assisted pull-ups.(cant do one without help),

and 50-60 push-ups and am whooped dripping sweat and can barely move after but it feels good i enjoy it and I like the workout.

I guess I want the "prison body" thats what im aiming for.

Should this be my daily workout?

I just want to stiffen up and feel and look better lose some fat and the man boobs.
