Worried I may need to transfer, desperate for advice

Hello, I'm an incoming second year student at uw milwaukee and recently got my cost estimates for the upcoming year. Even with my aid and all federal loans accepted, I will need to pay nearly 10k. I have no idea what to do in this situation as my family is low income (I have a single mother) and I have physical health issues (chronic illness/tissue disorder) as well. I came to UWM for the art ed program specifically. I was in the bridge program last year so I'm assuming that is why tuition was so much cheaper. I've looked into transferring to UW whitewater for a year but can find next to nothing about their art classes or art ed program. I just dont really know what to do or if there are any loan/grant programs available that won't send me 10k into debt or have my family struggling even further. I've gone through all of the college processes alone and am so overwhelmed. I'm struggling to even find a summer job in my hometown. If anyone has any advice or suggestions whatsoever, please let me know. I'm insanely depressed and feel so lost.
