Caught on my dash cam today at Bhai Wala Chowk, one of the busiest intersections in Ludhiana, a police car went straight through a red light in full public view, with traffic police present nearby.

This isn’t even surprising anymore. I rarely see patrolling police vehicles following basic traffic rules like wearing seatbelts, and now openly jumping signals in the heart of the city.

How can authorities expect citizens to respect rules when the very people responsible for enforcing them ignore them so casually?
