Offer comparison: Microsoft vs MongoDB or wait for google team matching.
Hello everyone, currently SDE 2 at rippling for a few months, current TC is 70LPA exp is 3 years 10 months. Recently signed letter at Microsoft for L62 (ai core team), in process for google L4 cloud team matching (has been over a month, got 0 team matching interviews yet) and got an offer for mongo DB sde 3 (agentic ai team).
If people have idea regarding teams then any help would be appreciated or should i wait for google team matching (no idea how long it might take)
Mongo breakdown:
Base: 49L Stocks: 67.5k USD for 3 years Variable: N/A Joining Bonus: 4L Relocation bonus: 2.2L Location: Gurgaon
Microsoft breakdown:
Base: 42L Stocks: 90k USD for 4 years Variable: 20% (10-15% on median) Joining Bonus: 10L first year and 6L second year Relocation: N/A Location: Bengaluru
My hometown is Delhi, so I'd prefer Gurgaon. Can someone please share the culture for mongo and if there is a pip culture there. I have a few friends at Microsoft so know a thing or two about it but not aware at all about mongo.
