Found a good place near Ponte Bianco, should I consider a pricier option in some other location?

Thank you for reading, visiting Rome in September for a couple of days. Found a place right on Ponte Bianco Tram stop, a good deal and clean space.

Should I look for another place? I could find only pricier and more cramped options close to the center. Slightly out of budget as well.

How do I value this 25 year old property in Koramangala?

Hi, browsing through options around Koramangala, I came across Raheja Residency.

The society is almost 25 years old, and has 3 BHKs with around 1500 sq ft area.

I'm confused about how to evaluate the price since its a pretty old property. For the new projects we have 100s of different options so we know how to get and idea of a fair price.

Any recommendations of what would be a good deal for a 3BHK here?

I've seen listings around 2.3 or 2.4 cr, I feel that is a bit too high.
