I just got a new replacement-under-warranty machine (I had an issue with the magnets that sense the basket size on my first machine). I’ve set it all up, filled the reservoir, and am trying to run the water flush as instructed but I keep getting an “add water” message after about 15 seconds. No water is coming through the machine at all. I TRIED REMOVING AND SHAKING THE RESERVOIR. Of course, the help line isn’t available on a Sunday. Any suggestions, Ninja friends?

My machine is automatically jumping from coffee settings to espresso-only when I insert the funnel and largest (coffee sized) cup into the grinder. Then it won’t adjust back to coffee. I’ve had it since late March and it worked great until last weekend. I’ve messaged customer service twice in four days but they are not replying. Here’s a video. I have done an H4 and H5 reset. Any advice, please?

EDIT: yes, I’m using the large Luxe basket for coffee but the machine recognizes it as the smaller “double” espresso basket.
