My second attempt at using polymer clay ended as a failure again 😔 After accidentally dropping poor L’amour 3 times, I finally got her into the oven. I took someone’s advice and tried covering her with a tinfoil dome so she wouldn’t burn as easily—but after a battle of trying to fit her into the oven with the dome, she fell over and began to burn after just 20 mins 😭😭😭 her antenna was already morphed and almost completely hardened, her arms and face have slight burn marks, and her face began to gloss as that side fell and hit the ceramic I was baking her on. Back to the drawing board I guess! 💀💀💀

My second attempt at polymer clay since I burned the Prince!! Only problem is idk how I wanna position L’amour’s arms…I feel like they look awkward no matter what I do. Should I maybe make her hold something like I did with the Prince?

First time using polymer clay and I wanted to make the Prince! But somehow I burned him while baking him in the oven 💀 Oh well, enjoy some pictures of him before his untimely demise!
