Found a fly in my bin?

Help!

When misting my rubber ducky bin I found the fly in the video crawling around before losing it. I’ve seen about 3 total, 2 before this video.

I have a lot of springtails, and recently found mancae (yay my first babies!!) should I be worried ?

I do keep hydei. flightless fruit flies for my jumping spider but this doesn’t look anything like them. Idk if that could be relevant.

Tysm in advance!

New Baby Spood Gender Reveal?

Hello!!

To make a long story short I ordered a regal jumping spood a few weeks ago and little lady was DOA due to the heat(rip little lady </3), the breeder has now sent me a new little lad and I’m not 100% on their sex?

I thought it was a male, but he’s thinking it’s a female?

i’ve added some quick photos I took before i had to leave because i ran home during my break to make sure they didn’t overheat when i saw the delivery notification!

would anyone know what instar they’re in as well? the first spiderling i got was i3, so i think they’re around i4/i5?? since the markings are much more prominent

Rubber Ducky Gender Reveal

hello!! i’m new to isopods and i got my hands on some rubber duckies!! i’m absolutely stoked about it!

however. i have no idea how to sex them.

how does one sex an isopod. i am clueless. send help.

each of my 10 are labeled with a number for convenience, and each got a lil duck face some of which were being very energetic and you can see at the end i gave up photo wise because they didn’t want to cooperate.

based on what i can see?? i think??? this is mainly a boys club? aside from #3?? who could be a girl? but i have no idea 😭

Zebra Cutie I found in my backyard

One of our smaller native jumping spiders we have in ON, CA! Cutie was hanging on some wild grape vines in my backyard as I went to go find some cool rocks and sticks for my first fully DIY enclosure I’m doing (baking the sticks and sanitizing them all before they go in ofc!)

I believe it’s a female zebra jumping spider (salticus scenicus)! Please correct me if I’m wrong! Basing the sex ID on the fact she was larger than most zebra’s i’ve seen lately and has the short fluffier pedipalps!
