How do you maintain a calm demeanor and not get angry on phone calls when dealing with so much ineffective bureaucracy and incessant forms, requests, while also being sick?

This is about SSDI and also trying to navigate poverty, programs requirements, insurance coverage, doctor records, documentation, long hold times, ignorant staff members who don't even know their own programs (not specific to SSA), being given wrong information, and doing this day after day while still having whatever physical or mental ailment is your reason for being on disability.

I try to go out and be a kind person, but these programs are impossible to navigate without it being a full time job where I'm enraged after so much of it.

Please give me your tricks for holding your rage after being transferred to the wrong person, dept, told something different each time, and then still getting nowhere.
