is hot water really that detrimental for extraction?

ive already experienced lsa before with HB seeds (450 as a yolo with my friend)

although i believe i was lied to and they WHERE coated in the typical chemical junk(ground them course chewed him up and ate them)

genuinely the worst nausea of my life (after an hour I puked and felt fine...great even)

I've seen a lot of variation and reports of how much loss it will accrued

I'm aware that lsa is considerably heat sensitive

but I would like to brew it in the tea with other things (ginger/mint for nausea)

a considerable loss is expected but how much would you assume?

I was given 100 HBWR seeds and I plan to thoroughly clean them (just in case there's stuff on them not ideal but better than nothing)

would making a tea with say(arbitrary number) 20hbw seeds lead to a enough compensation for heat loss?

im considering slight germination to remove the husks but looking for input
