Help me save this Dragonfruit
Extra hot weather and a fungus is my guess? 🤷♀️
I love this plant and want to help it thrive and fruit properly. I know it probably needs to be properly planted to start, because it’s in the same pot from when I first got it. (Pic 1&2)
It has a partner plant that looks much better but could probably also use some tlc. (Pic 3)
This plant has a large tree that shades it from the late morning south sun and large plants that aid in cover at late afternoon/dusk in the west. As you can see there’s constant shade from the SW due to the metal panel.
Details:
-About 3-4 years old from a small 3pc pot from Home Depot.
-Uppotted same month in mix of soil it came with, probably some extra CPC soil, and dirt/soil from the yard.
-It’s had the spots for the entire time I’ve had it
-We did get 1 fruit last year! 🙌💕
-Water soak 1-2x/week💧
-maybe drains too quickly🚰
-ALL DAY FULL SUN ☀️
