Help with tired looking Blueberry plants.

Blueberry plants are looking very tired. The bigger ones seem to have lots of flowers but few leaves which makes me think they are stressed. They are all planted in Ericaceous soil. Bonus if someone knows what’s up with my mint plant as well in pic 5. Thank you
