I’ve always felt like the video of Jake gifting Tara the car wasn’t just a random act of love/kidness. It strongly felt to me that he cheated on her and that was a gift to either stay in her life? Maybe get forgiven? Or maybe she told him if he got it for her she’d consider giving him another chance. I know he was seeing Kenzie at the time of it but it definitely seemed like he did Tara dirty in some way and that was a way to make up for it. He knew the videos with her and Johnny is the bread and butter of his money and he needs her friendship to stay relevant so I always felt the gift wasn’t as kind as he tried to make it out to be. I just strongly feel that the car gave it away that he cheated and it wasn’t a mutual breakup like they say it was. 🤷♀️
