I am a 4 handicap but every time I play in tournaments I play like a 20 handicap

I have been golfing for most of my life and have been a single digit handicap since high school. If I am playing a casual round, I play to my handicap and am very consistent. If I play in a tournament I always shoot at least 10 strokes over my handicap because of the nerves. My heart rate spikes for the entire round and I burn 1.5x-2x the calories that I normally would. My strength is my ball striking and in tournaments I completely lose my swing, sometimes hozzle shanking or topping multiple shots when I don't ever in a typical round.

Does any one have any tips for someone that is struggling with the pressure of competitive golf? Any book podcast recommendations on this topic? I'm close to booking an appointment with a sports psychologist because this is so frustrating.
