2026 May OTA Update "Stuck"
Model: 2025 Ioniq 5 N
Bluelink: All services active
Current SW Version: NE1KN.USA.ccNC.001.002.251126 (March 2026)
My head unit has been "In progress" for over a week now, and the new update isn't installing when the vehicle is turned off. The vehicle has been off for several hours multiple times over the last week+, both charging and not charging, but the update never applies. I have tried to download the update from the Windows Navigation Update software, but that version is not available to download in the updater.
Is there anything I can do to resolve this issue? Has anyone had this issue? I searched the subreddit and google and didn't find anything.
