Couple of tenderloins

Couple of tenderloins

2 pork tenderloins. The larger one was marinated in a ginger, honey sauce for 6 hours; the other one got some Lem’s (local bbq joint) seasoning. I not a huge fan of the ginger marinade but the Lem’s rocks.

Long term griller, first time poster. Burgers & kabobs

85/15 ground beef seasoned with Dale’s and pounded into 1/3lbs patties. Onion, squash, bell pepper, & zucchini bathed in oil, S&P, then skewered. Threw a chunk of post oak in there with the charcoal, gave the burgers a nice smoky flavor.

If you want to be a successful actor, make sure your name ends with the letter O

Leonardo DiCaprio, Marlon Brando, Greta Garbo, Robert De Niro, Al Pacino. Anyone else I’m missing? I just thought it was funny when I realized this.

Of course there are many great, successful actors & actresses whose names don’t end with O. Kathy Bates, Christian Bale, Meryl Streep, Denzel Washington, to name a few.
