The game aged pretty well but there's some design choices that i don't really like

Being able to buy in bulks, sprint and store items immediately would be the main things i'd like to be present in the game. Also, some sections can be pretty hard to figure out what to do so it'd be nice to have a bit more of directions about where to go and what to do (looking at you, Threed)

This game is so grindy, unbalanced, repetitive, unforgiving, the random battles are so constant that it's annoying, it takes forever to accumulate exp and money, almost every single dungeon is a confusing maze...

And it still is one of my favorite games ever.
