Lipid panel got worse

I’m 28 F. I’ve been dieting and eating very healthy since February. I’ve lost 18 pounds. I eat very low fat, low sodium, sugar free. somehow my cholesterol got worse. cholest went from 192 to 212, my HDL stayed the same. 37. My non HDL went from 155 to 175 and my LDLC went from 89 to 118.
I do not understand how this happened. I have completely changedmy diet. The only thing that improved was my triglycerides going from 330 to 289. and my glucose going from 99 to 88. what am I doing wrong

I feel like I failed my stress test

I had my stress test today and my goal bpm was 165. I reached that pretty easily in just the first part of walking. after reaching it they then said they’re gonna move to the next stage of going faster and inclining the treadmill. omg my heart rate reached way past the 165. I don’t even remember what it was. but I started to feel dizzy so they stopped it. and then it took literally forever to calm down. I have bad anxiety though so feeling my heart beat so fast and out of my chest like that, I could not calm down. idk if it was anxiety or if my heart rate actually takes that long to calm down. but I had to lay down to finally relax. during the test, the assistant was looking at the monitor and then asked me if I was experiencing any chest pain. so that concerned me. Anyways I feel like it took me about 10-15 minutes for my heart rate to get under 100 before I could leave. Now I am not in shape. I am definitely overweight and I don’t work out like ever. so I know I’m not used to this at all and neither is my heart. But the dizziness and the time it took to calm down is concerning me
