The Cinnamon Kitchen blatantly lying on the nutritional label?

The label claims there are only 10.7g of sugar per 100g of fudge. However, looking at the ingredients:

Dates (37%): Dates are primarily made of sugar (roughly 60% to 65% by weight). In 100g of this fudge, there are 37g of dates. This means the dates alone contribute around 22g to 24g of sugar.

70% Dark Chocolate (28%): A standard 70% dark chocolate contains about 30% sugar. 28g of dark chocolate would contribute roughly another 8.4g of sugar.

Raw Khandsari: This is literally unrefined cane sugar, which is added on top of the dates and chocolate.

Before even factoring in the Khandsari, the sugar content should be at least 31g to 33g per 100g. The claimed 10.7g is a massive understatement.

The Calorie Count: While the stated calories (326.4 kcal) technically match the math of their fake macros (Protein x 4 + Carbs x 4 + Fat x 9), the real calories are much higher. If you add up the standard caloric value of 37g dates (~103 kcal), 28g dark chocolate (~170 kcal), and 10g hazelnuts (~63 kcal), you hit 336 calories before even accounting for the almond butter and the Khandsari sugar. The actual calorie count is likely closer to 400–430 kcal per 100g
