Help With NBDHE

Hi everyone! I'm taking the NBDHE very soon, and I'm starting to panic a little. I've been using Booster Prep as my main study resource, but I'm wondering if it's enough.

I've seen several people say they recognized questions from Booster on the actual exam. Is that really true? If so, were they mostly the regular multiple-choice questions, the case studies, or both? Were they exactly the same or just similar?

For those of you who passed using Booster, how did you study with it? Did you try to memorize the practice questions, or did you focus more on understanding why each answer was correct?

My biggest problem is that I'll study something one day, and then the next day I feel like I've forgotten it. It's making me feel like I'm not ready, even though I've been putting in a lot of time studying.

I'd really appreciate any advice, study tips, or reassurance from people who have recently taken the NBDHE. Thank you!

Tips on studying

I'm studying for my dental hygiene boards planning on taking it at the end of August, and I'm starting to get worried about how I'm studying.

Right now, I've been focusing on one subject each week, but I feel like I forget most of what I learned by the next day. Is that normal? How did you retain everything while studying?

Also, I keep seeing people say you need to study 6+ hours every day to pass. Is that really necessary? How many hours did you study each day, and what study method worked best for you?

Any advice from people who have already taken the boards would be greatly appreciated!
