Audio & Book — how to review?

Hope this is clear enough but I have a question I’m hoping someone can answer!

I have two books and both I have the audio for as well. I’m currently read/listening to one, immersive style, but I can’t seem to add the audio to my currently reading. I only get the choice to switch editions.

Is it possible to add both? Will I be able to review them separately or will they have to be as one?

I could use StoryGraph is necessary, but I like to keep track on GR.

EverHeart May with overlays.

This is the May, delayed a few months but they did a great job of keeping everyone in the loop. I also appreciate that they sent out international orders first as they’d take longer to get to us! This is 2/3 of the overlays as the last one is NSFW. The cover is honestly so stunning and vibrant in person.
