Hi everyone,

In our Microsoft 365 tenant when a user submits a license request, it correctly appears in the admin center under “License requests”, but no email notification is sent to admins o license administrators.

At the moment we don’t have any workflow, Power Automate flow, or alert policy configured.

Is this expected behavior, or am I missing a setting that enables email notifications for license requests?

If this is not supported natively, what’s the usual workaround you use to get notified via mail when a request is created?
