Mounjaro Kwikpen arrived room temperature, what to do?

I hope everyone is well.
So my private doctor just changed the pharmacy from which they deliver my Mounjaro Kwikpens to one called LillyDirect. Just had my first delivery today and unfortunately Royal Mail failed to deliver it the same day it was dispatched. So it’s been at room temperature probably for 2 days now.
The pen arrived just now and I put it back into the fridge. The cooling ice packs were all melted and the pen itself was room temperature too.
Is it safe to still use it (it’s not been opened) or have I just wasted £193? :(
Any help would be much appreciated. Apologies, if this has been asked before.

I’ll keep it in fridge now and use it as normal.
