WICSO rules: Since civilization starts over, no canon nations or cultures can just be recreated. Bending doesn't determine a culture or country, and geography, resources, migration, and history should influence how civilizations develop. Technology and governments should develop naturally over time, and major events need consequences. Basically, build new civilizations instead of just making new versions of the Four Nations.

The left side contains the Rost symbol that is the great tree which in this flag repsents the homeland of the riaans and the four pieces of the Yedinstvo stance is still repsentative of the four minor gods but also repsents the people or a fortress that shall protect riaa from any enemies that invade with the blue stripe repsenting the heavens that Venya control as the final place the riaan people will head to once they die with the north star still representing the north star and the northern giant of riaa.

Quick lore: this flag is from the post of the south corvus war which, so it was created to repsent the people who died in conflict and the people who also suffered during the heating crisis due to lack of coal. And this is also from a revolt or sum that might have possibly happened due to the people during the war not supporting the war effort and decided its time to coupe the old government and establish a more democratic one.

Design meanings: the black and white at the bottom repsent the old imperial colors with the jagged look resenting the damage of war and the red repsent the sacrifice the people of corvus had to give for this nation and a reminder that war is a bloody thing the three stars that follow the crow repsent the north central and south regions (the size dynamic is up to yall interpretation).
