Apparently Ben has been sick,ok, I see mods posting updates that he is getting better,great BTW, but why can't he speak for himself? Had a huge sale and he was very ill,ok that is understandable,even though he claimed to have people and systems in place to remedy these recurring issues. It would go a long way if he would just release a short statement, take accountability,keep us in the loop and move on.
