should i change sets
currently running this psycho on 4 piece shimenawa (will change to CR circlet when i get one) since i don't have his BIS set yet , but isn't shimenawa a very good set on him ? should i change sets even if it means lower base stats ? (side note i'm running a full f2p team zhongli/benette , guoba and sucrose)
