I juste saw an Instagram post from the official wero account, saying that N26 is now available for N26 🎉
EDIT: i cant find the post anymore, maybe they published it to early and deleted it? I cant find anywhere further informations about it
I wanted to pay with wero for the first time in an online shop (expert.de). My bank account is at ING Deutschland. I was very excited about it!
My first try was on my desktop computer and scanning the code with my smartphone from within the banking app. I got an error message.
I then tried the checkout directly on my phone and was redirected to the bank selection on the wero landing page. And ING was not listed as a possible bank.
I was quite surprised and disappointed. It was big in the news at the beginning of june, that ING now supports e-commerce. Now it feels as if they don't support it.
Do you know if they have technical difficulties and had to "pause" the e-commerce functionality ?
I wrote ING a message but no answer so far.
I hope it's just a hick-up. I'm a great wero supporter and this isnt gonna stop me, but i could imagine that this kind of situation might discourage other people to try again.
I'd be happy to hear about your experiences with ING Deutschland!
