I have my ITIL4 and it expires in December. In order to renew I’d have to spend around $300-$600. Do people actually check/care?

Here are her interests: she has a ton of reptiles (snakes, geckos, skinks, toads), she loves reading, tattoos, Hillary Duff, and she’s a nanny. I only have until next Saturday so stuff from Etsy is probably out of the question because sometimes they take time to get here. Any ideas?!?
