Need an oral surgeon ASAP (photo of tooth included)

I have an extremely decayed tooth that is causing excruciating pain. I have a consultation scheduled for May 27, but I’m not sure I can hold out that long with the intensity of the pain.
I will need to be sedated. I already tried getting it extracted while conscious - twice - and both times, I could still feel the pain of the dental drill directly. I would sooner take a bullet to the head than experience that again. The pain is already bad enough that I haven’t been able to function for the last few days.
Please recommend someone. I’ve put this off because I’ve been unable to afford care, and while I have health insurance, I don’t have a dental plan. My credit is also in the gutter, so CareCredit and similar programs probably won’t be an option.
