Looking to buy in Bella Vista, likely a new build. Trying to get a realistic picture of ongoing costs since they look a bit different from living in more urban/connected areas.

I know septic and propane are the norm so I’m already factoring those in. I’m also noticing that regularly spraying for ticks seems like a must — is that the case, and what are people paying for that?

Are there any inspections beyond a standard home inspection I should budget for? Radon, septic, anything else? And any other “wish I’d known” costs for new builds in BV would be hugely appreciated. Thanks!
