My first dahlia from seed started blooming; worth keeping?

Hi All - Newer dahlia grower here in Zone 9B/10A SF Bay Area. While the majority of the dahlias I'm growing this season are from tubers, I have two that are growing from seed, the first of which started blooming as seen here. It's an all-white collarette, which I think is quite adorable. Plenty more blooms are on the way. However, the plant itself is minuscule, maybe 10 inches tall max, and the stems are super short. For those who are experienced with growing dahlias from seed, is this a keeper for future seasons? What traits are you generally looking for? Can I expect this to be the permanent max height of this dahlia? Or is this an "enjoy once and then try something else?"

Thanks for any insight!
