I recently joined this community and found out about https://www.renewables.org/ which is something I personally looked for quite some time and I decided to put some money in there.

It‘s by far not the only thing I do but it seems to me a really good thing to provide capital to add renewable capacity where it‘s needed the most.

Especially as I live in a flat where I can’t install any reasonable amount of renewable power myself.

However, being alone gives me this “drop in the ocean” kind of feeling so maybe there are a couple other people here who support the concept?

How to best invest in climate

Hi everyone,

I work a decent job in Germany and in my current situation I could afford to spend ~100€/$ per month on climate. What would be the best place to put the money to?

I find it difficult to find credible renewable projects that need crowdfunding. I‘m currently thinking about DAC that might need more demand such that it will be cheaper once we need it, similar to solar? Other ideas?

What do you think? What do you personally do?
