POTS like symptoms / increase in heart rate while standing

Hi all,
I've recently found I have low ferritin (23) and borderline low iron due to my diet. Hemoglobin is fine. I have been seeing a doctor and working on supplementing for about a month. I recently noticed each time I stand, my heart rate shoots from 68-75ish to right around 100 (sometimes higher into the 130s or 150s) and stays around this until I sit back down.
I know this is a classic POTS symptom, and I also experience breathlessness / air hunger occasionally. Has anyone experienced anything similar with low ferritin that WASN'T POTS related?
I plan to bring this up to my doctor my next visit in 2 weeks.
Thanks!

best barber for a modern mullet?

My fiancé has shoulder length curly hair and wants to get a modern mullet style cut. I can't seem to find any local shops that specialize in anything other than fades. Any recommendations?

my heart is broken

my heart is absolutely broken. my sweet boy Wazowski (aka Wozzy) has crossed the rainbow bridge this morning. I was out of town on work, and he had started to decline rapidly. I was on my way home but didn't make it in time to say goodbye. thankfully, he was surrounded by family that loved and cared for him. Wozzy was the best dog I ever had. we adopted him at 4 years old after multiple failed adoptions. he never barked, not once. he loved long car rides, he loved to roll in mud, he loved to roll in tall grass. he loved wearing sweaters, and of course he loved eating. he loved going to the dog park and meeting other dog friends. not once did i ever see him show teeth or growl, even when confronted with some not so nice doggies. he was all around perfect.
i will love you forever sweet boy and always regret not being with you as you crossed. please keep watch over me. these years together have been the best i've had.

cardiovascular symptoms

hi all
I was diagnosed recently with hypo, tsh at 8.6. Multiple nodules were found during my ultrasound , and I was put at 25mcg levothyroxine. I felt a lot better on the 25mcg, but after my 6 week bloodwork, my TSH was only down to a 6.2. They decided to increase me to a 37.5mcg dosage. Somehow, my bloodwork the following 6 weeks was back up to a 7.9 tsh. Beginning prior to this last bloodwork, I have had some weird cardiovascular symptoms. For one, I can't really exercise without getting insanely winded and feeling like I need to sit down. Sometimes, even just standing up and walking around is too much. My chest begins to hurt and breathing becomes more difficult (not in a 911 sort of way, just uncomfortable). Other times my chest gets this feeling at night. Sometimes my heart rate will randomly rise, and takes 30+ mins of rest to get back to normal. I occasionally get heart flutters as well. EKG came back fine. Some days, I can function normally without any cardio issues.
Has anyone dealt with anything similar? My endo is wanting to switch me to Synthroid (which I'm actually starting today) to see if this helps. I'll be up to 50mcg. I'm genuinely unsure if it's a bad reaction to generic levo, or if my high tsh is causing these issues (although it never bothered me before..)
curious to hear your stories. Praying this new brand and dose cures this nonsense !
