Hello! So, I have a concern. I will be paying for my summer enrollment first, but I also have an upcoming scholarship. Once the scholarship amount is credited, my payment may become an excess/refund balance as stated in AIMS.

I would like to ask if this situation qualifies for a refund request. If yes, may I know the process for requesting the refund?
